Creative Cloud for Education - Where is Presenter and Captivate Discussion by Sjaani van den Berg Jul 26, 2014 Products Adobe Creative Cloud 13k 58

Can we as a collective and active Adobe Education Exchange community push to have an alternative collection of software in a Creative Cloud geared towards Education. I see that the photography user base has been strong enough to get a cheaper alternative which offers only Photoshop & Lightroom. My thoughts are that the education community could benefit from an alternative collection of tools which included Presenter and Captivate. If we had the ability to convince Adobe to have an Educators CC which Apps would you like to see added and which ones do you think we could leave out? How can we put this idea to Adobe?

Adobe Presenter Video Express Web Link by Aaron Roberts Oct 11, 2013 Products Presenter 3.4k 7

I don't know if many people are aware of Adobe's light version of Presenter: Adobe Presenter Video Express. It is an excellent taste of Adobe Presenter. It captures your screen as well as your web cam at the same time. So, you can include your own face and reactions in your videos. You have total control over when your face is visible and when your screen is visible or when both things are. It's outstanding. It's Mac-only right now. The app is free and the videos are watermarked unless you pay $1.99 to remove the watermark. You can publish to your computer, dropbox, or youtube from right in the app. I'm very impressed with this new offering from Adobe. Great implications for educators who like to create videos for their students.
