Showcasing talented students Live Event Jun 13, 2017 Register now

Showcasing talented students by Tim Creighton (Adobe Education Leader) Software - Adobe Spark Connect Room: https://my.adobeconnect.com/tkitchen Description Studio Kingswood was established at Kingswood High School in Sydney's west to showcase some of the talented musicians at the school. This live event goes through how the process of filming the local artists in action with multiple cameras and editing with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects then sharing the results on a dedicated YouTube channel has made a cultural impact in the school and lifted the profile of a group of very talented students. About the presenter Tim Creighton is an English teacher in NSW, Australia. He believes that significant real-world learning enables disengaged and disadvantaged students to participate in the power of education. His classes offer challenging and creative learning opportunities with Adobe products. He believes the key to breaking the cycle of entrenched disadvantage is in each teacher’s hands — a willingness to learn new tricks and to be courageous and take educational risks. His philosophy is that any teacher can make the world a better place — one child at a time — if he or she creates an engaging learning environment.
