Vegetable Face in Photoshop

Project Published 4/3/19 Last updated on 4/22/19

This is a simple activity to demonstrate some of the basic tools of PhotoShop in Primary School. It's an introduction, where students simply use some of the common tools to create a fruit/vegetable face. An activity designed to give Primary age students a fun start on Photoshop, an overview of the program’s interface and some of the basic capabilities. They also learn the advantages of using layers and discover how to navigating, label and manage layers. They experiment with tools such as the lasso, magic wand and transformation to manipulate photos and create their own. You can find more samples of student's work on my blog...
