Creating Captioned Learning

Technical Tutorial Published 8/20/13 Last updated on 2/28/20

A step-by-step guide to creating a visual image that captures student learning using Photoshop. The visual includes a modified photo (black & white with a colour highlight), speech bubbles with text to show what students may be saying or thinking, and a warped-text title.

Teachers can create this visual to remind students of the learning that should occur and/or students could add their own captions to images to show the kind of learning that goes on.

Thank you for posting. It seems too easy for me. I think my children can do it after I demonstrate it. Good work! Thanks again.
