Agamograph Project

Project Published 3/31/15 Last updated on 3/2/20

This project was inspired by the work of Yaacov Agam. Agam is considered to be the father of kinetic art. My first view of this was an analog version that I saw on YouTube while researching the artist. I was able to find a step-by-step version for a hand made version here. To convert this project to Photoshop required students to learn about grids, snapping, ratios, resolution, and fixed sized selections. Our project size was driven by the size limitations of our color laser printer that most students used to print these.
