Students in Home Economics classes need to understand where foods are produced within Australia. So that they can have an appreciation of how food travels to get to their plate.

Students could use different coloured dots for different food groups to highlight on an Australian state or the whole country where are food is grown. The dots could also be shown in different sizes to show the amount produced.
