Incorporating Instructor and Student Video into course content
A 7-lesson plan to introduce instructors to creating short videos to support lesson plans. Breaking the course into the tow components:
The course includes 8.5 hours of professional development activities and is intended to allow instructors to take existing text-based courses and infuse the content with media.
Instructor video creation: In the process of making the videos, they will learn storyboarding, shot composition, photo poster creation, photo editing, video creation, and reflective assessment.
Coaching students to create content-relevent short videos, screening techniques, and how to moderate a feedback session.
