Cartoon Illustration/Animation

Posted on 8/13/15 by Brian O'Dell Last updated on 6/8/17

This is a short animation using Photoshop, After Effects, Audition and Motion

I had my students write short stories and then record the voices for each character. Then the students drew, illustrated and exported their characters for animation in After Effects and Adobe Premiere. Voice overs were recorded and edited using Audition and then inserted into the animation process. Songs and sound effects were taken off royalty free web sites. Here is a finished animation of characters, backgrounds and facial features and mouth movements completed by one of my sophomores. The cartoon character animation adapted www.spstudio.de and Papagayo voice animation software to complete this project.
