An example project introducing matte painting in Photoshop. The project is a step by step tutorial on compositing images to create a scene that is not real, but looks it! Covers layer modes, filters, lighting effects, color matching, and more

File 1 has the original images necessary to complete the tutorial.

File 2 is a PDF of the PPT with all istructions.

Wow. This is terrific. I am going to check out your other projects. I downloaded all of the files. I am going to do the project first and then I plan on having ALL of my students in EVERY class do it. Thank you for such a thorough posting. Cheers
