absolutely wonderful! I am in a similar challenge: designing curriculum to teach digital arts on the iPad with is challenging, but fun, and I glean ideas from colleagues like on!

Sounds like you covered many areas. Do you have video as part of visual design? Here (in sweden) they are seperate courses.

I'm going to need some time to study this, but as far as i've seen look like it will be a usefull tool to think about how I should plan things :)

Wow wow wow - thank you! No one EVER shares curriculum maps! This is fantastic. I always get a lot of new ideas by seeing how other teachers approach teaching software. That is what the Exchange is all about.

Thank you for your feedback. I really appreciate it. I teach at a tiny tech center (6 program teachers, 11 total staff.) and I'm the only one who teaches design. Also, our State standards are odd, more like activities than standards so I haven't had anything to base this on. I'm kinda pulling this stuff out of my proverbial tail end. Please continue to let me know what you think and pretty please hit me up with suggestions. I've got more stuff to upload, (lesson plans, assessments, etc) but I haven't had the time. I should get them up sometime this week.
