Yesterday or Tomorrow?

This Project was curated for the purpose of students to get a chance to think creatively and to find a design solution from researching and imagining . Students get a chance to review the past and also to think about the future with no boundaries.

Project Description : Find a product that has been around for at least 50 years. and look at how it was advertised 50years ago till today. Researched how this product was advertised in the previous decades, in order to find out the pattern that exist throughout the years. Explain why do they have that pattern.

With proper understanding, design an ad of the same product for the future. For example, Vacuum Cleaners throughout the years uses woman/housewives as the main model to advertised, why?. Imagine in 20 years from how, how should vacuum cleaners be advertised?
