Exporting video

Lesson Plan Published 11/11/13 Last updated on 3/2/20

Most video must now be served in multiple formats to be viewed from multiple different devices. To make video web-ready you also need to consider file size and bandwidth issues. Choosing the correct file format for a video project ensures your video can be viewed properly across platforms and devices. Use this activity to introduce students to the options for exporting video to different mediums and formats, file types, and the need for the various formats.
