Which program is this file open with? The download is not a file type my computer knows what to do with.

The file have no extension. Just rename and put .pdf

When I checked on my edit screen it shows as a .pdf on my screen. I'll try to up load another copy for you from my desktop. Try downloading Tiny Planet resource, hope it works.
