Gamification Elements

Assignment Published 3/29/15 Last updated on 2/28/20

Gamificaion is an interesting concept which may increase learner engagement and retention. This course is intended to allow educators to consider the elements required for ramification of a course by exploring the elements of a successful program, duoLingo. The resource provided is a PPT with screen captures from duoLingo. An instructor could introduce Ps, Ai, or other Adobe programs and allow participants to crate their own ramification elements after discussing the PPT. If desired, instructors can create their own video using the PPT to supplement their instruction.
