Teaching Students to Levitate with Photoshop

Want to introduce students to masking tools in Photoshop? This is the lesson that you should use. Gain students' attention with this cool project that they will want to share with their friends.

For rookie Photoshop students, I recommend using a very simple background, blank wall, or backdrop. Using a tripod will also help students get photos that are easy to align. Advanced students can build on the lesson by adding props and more complex settings. (See example in cover photo). Students will need to use a chair, stool, ladder to be on in their photo. Please make sure that safety is a priority during the photography part.
