About this course

Adobe Education Train the Trainer is a free online course designed to equip all educators with the knowledge and skills to successfully design and deliver professional development.

Working with a collaborative community of educators, you will explore the importance of creativity in education and apply best practices in adult learning theory and professional development design. At the end of the course, you will have a broad array of skills with Adobe products and a well-structured professional development plan that you can implement in your own classes and training.

What will I learn?

  • Become a more confident user of the Adobe apps.

  • Develop and practice your own product training for fellow educators.

  • Examine the importance of creativity in education and hear from fellow educators who are successfully using technology to foster creativity in their students.

  • Explore fundamental Adobe Education resources that you can use to support the educators in your professional development audiences.

  • Review best practices in professional development design and create a professional development plan for your audience.

Who is this course for?

This course is for educators and trainers who train teachers and educators working in primary, secondary or higher education and is the first part of becoming a recognized AET. Some prior experience with Adobe tools or digital media technologies is expected.

How long is the course?

The course runs for eight weeks, with orientation starting on 9th April 2018, and should take about 75 hours to complete. All coursework must be submitted by 22nd June 2018.
