Adobe Education Train the Trainer: Creative Cloud June-August 2017
Adobe Education Train the Trainer is a free, eight-week online course designed to equip K12 - Higher Ed education trainers worldwide with the knowledge and skills to successfully design and deliver effective, engaging professional development utilizing Adobe products.
You will develop the key skills required to create engaging multimedia content with Adobe’s products. Working with a collaborative community of educators, you will explore the importance of creativity in education and apply best practices in adult learning theory and professional development design. At the end of the course, you will have a broad array of skills with Adobe products and a well-structured professional development plan that you can implement in your own classes and trainings.
What to Expect
The course kicks off on Monday, June 12 and ends on Friday, August 25. You may work at your own pace through the asynchronous content on the Exchange at any time during the course.
Live Class 1 takes place at the following date and time: Tuesday June 20, 2017
We anticipate that successful completion of this course will require at minimum 75 hours of your time. After successfully completing this course, you will receive a digital credential that states that you successfully completed 75 hours of professional development. You may share this with others to demonstrate your achievement. The creation of content is a creative process so the amount of time you spend will vary.
Participants who successfully complete the course will earn an “Adobe Education Trainer” credential and be endorsed by Adobe as having successfully completed training in implementing innovative instructional design and the use of Adobe products in teaching and learning contexts.

For the final assignment, course participants will submit a portfolio of professional development resources and a training plan. Each week of the course, we will work on developing part this professional development plan in a learning journal, applying the skills introduced throughout the course and reflecting on the process.
