About this course
Explore the principles of graphic design and how to use Adobe creative tools to create engaging graphics and illustrations. Then learn how to apply your new digital skills to teach graphics and illustration and integrate new graphic design projects into your curriculum.
Understanding graphic helps students to better communicate ideas, emotion, and purpose through beautiful graphics and illustrations. Develop your skills in Adobe Illustrator, an industry standard graphic design tool, and learn how to teach your students the design and technical skills they need to effectively use graphics and illustrations in digital media projects.

Who is this course for?
This course is aimed at all educators working in primary, secondary or higher education. No prior experience with Adobe tools or digital media technologies is required.
How long is the course?
The course runs for five weeks, starting on 12th March 2018 and should take about 25 hours to complete. All coursework must be submitted by 27th April 2018.

Each week of an Education Exchange collaborative course includes:

Live Class Information
This course will include five live classes, which take place on the following days:
Class 1 on Wednesday March 14th, 2018
Class 2 on Wednesday March 21st, 2018
Class 3 on Wednesday March 28th, 2018
Class 4 on Wednesday April 4th, 2018
Class 5 on Wednesday April 11th, 2018
Each class will take place three times; once in each of the following time zones:
AEDT (Sydney) at 7pm Classes 1 - 3 and AEST (Sydney) Classes 4 to 5
GMT (London) at 7pm Class 1 and 2 BST (London) Classes 3 to 5
- CDT (Chicago) at 7pm
