I teach writing across platforms, public relations writing, advanced reporting and print and electronic editing at N.C. A&T.I also teach Media and Diversity at Bennett College.
Iteach writing and editing courses as a full-time journalism lecturer at North Carolina A&T State University in Greensboro, N.C. But, I keep one foot in the newsroom where I work as a copy editor for McClatchy News Desk East in Charlotte, N.C. I have also worked as Assistant Managing Editor at SportingNews.com, deputy sports editor and columnist at the Hampton Roads (Va.) Daily Press and editor-in-chiefof the original BlackVoices.com.
