Product Photos Using Color Theory - Retouching with HSL in Lightroom or Photoshop

Lesson Plan Published 11/11/19 Last updated on 2/28/20

In this lesson plan, students will learn the basics of color theory. Additionally, students will learn how to use the HSL sliders in Adobe Lightroom CC or Classic. Students will create images that showcase different color theory relationships. See attached lesson plan for more information.

I teach this for my high school Commercial Photography class, but it could be easily adjusted for a Graphic Design class.
