How to work with text and styles

Lesson Plan Published 11/11/13 Last updated on 3/2/20

Working with and formatting text is a crucial step when creating any document. Applying styles, especially across multi-page documents, lets you apply and globally update text formatting to speed up production and create a more consistent overall design. In this activity students are introduced to formatting text, applying text effects, and using styles to achieve their design goals.
