Actually this is a simplified form in PDF format.
If really utilize the Acrobat Pro or DC Pro features, there are lots of great things (in relation to digital form) you can have.

Digital form creation using Acrobat Pro or DC Pro can be also generated from Doc/Docx format.
Maybe in future, the Instructor Team or Adobe itself can provide a better Digital Form, and maybe to include analyze responses features.

Maybe it could give better impression and feedback from the participants.

Its looks good but if you are in a rush, slow down and take your time because you will need it to fill in all the boxes which are separate for each line, box etc...... I agree with Claude, ? will it get any easier in the future?

Claude Filimenti

Another format would be appreciated (RTF, Word, Pages, InDesign…). This would be practical for filling it up. Acrobat Pro DC is not the best tool for that, since it separate paragraphs in many text boxes (most annoying.)

For those who tried to drag thumbnails and had a problem, so did I. my workaround was to Extract the pages I needed from this week's template and insert them into my existing file.

Hope this helps.

I agree with Betsy Snow. I think it would be a good idea to be able to merge or copy and paste info from one form to the other, since much of the information is the same.

If you open the thumbnails for each, you can drag and drop the new pages into your old pdf.

Before doing this course I was far more blase about sessions. This has really got me thinking about how to plan. Plus it has made poor plans stand out even more for me.

Tony Crewe

Posted on 8/4/14 8:56:06 AM Permalink

Amazing the difference a one-off session will be compared to a on-going class with students.

With an on-going class, you can always revisit, review and re-teach, but wit one-off sessions with adults you need to get it right which means careful planning - this type of pro-forma will help.
