Digital Asset Published 5/4/16 Last updated on 8/9/18

I couldn't find an infographic on formative and summative assessment that I could get permission to use so I made my own.

Thank you for creating this! It's a nice way to cleanly, quickly and simply sum up two complex ideas.

This is an amazing infographic. Thank you for sharing. So many times we are asked by our administrators to use examples of formative v. summative assessments and I really liked how you laid out things out in bullet form that we can take. This is a really useful infographic for educators preparing for interviews where this questions inevitably comes up.

thanks Ryan

When I was originally looking I was surprised there were so few infographics on this topic (and none that you could use freely) which is why I made this one. Glad someone is getting some use out of it.
