About this Course

This FREE online course is aimed at all educators working in primary, secondary or higher education. Explore the principles of digital publishing. Develop your skills with the industry-leading desktop publishing tool Adobe InDesign. Learn how to teach your students the design and technical skills they need to use digital publishing in their projects. Explore:

  • How using digital publishing in your curriculum can produce positive outcomes for you and your students

  • Best practices and principles for creating amazing digital publications

  • The technical skills to create your own digital publication projects with Adobe tools (with support from expert digital media educators)

  • Ideas for integrating digital publishing projects into your curriculum. You’ll gain a collection of teaching materials for use with your students.

What will I receive when I complete this course?

Successful graduates of this course will receive a certificate accrediting 25 hours of professional development, as well as a digital badge.

How does this course work?

The course opens on June 3, 2019 and runs until July 19, 2019. The course will take about 25 hours to complete, and includes:
