Penny Ann Dolin

Penny is an Associate Professor of Practice in the Graphic Information Technology program on the Polytechnic campus at Arizona State University, the Director of the Technical Imaging Lab and former Program Chair of GIT. Her areas of expertise are in commercial and technical imaging and she is the founder and manager of the GIT Commercial Photography Studio on the Polytechnic Campus. Penny Ann is an avid traveler and takes her students to Europe annually on photography workshops.
Penny Ann Dolin has been involved in the graphic communications field for over 30 years. Photographing for the New York Times and Newsday, she initially developed her photographic skills as a photojournalist. As founder and operator of Silver Sight Studio, she has photographed for Fortune 500 companies and traveled extensively. Penny Ann holds a Masters in Technology from Arizona State University (Phi Kappa Phi) and is the lead author on Printing Technology, 5E. Her second book, Exploring Digital Workflow, published by Thomson/Delmar, is now available in paperback. Penny Ann has served as an Adobe Education Leader for eight years.
