Adobe Education Trainer
What is an AET?
Adobe Education Trainers (AET) are education professionals who provide training for Adobe tools and solutions to individuals and institutions in the education space across the globe.
Who are Adobe Education Trainers?
AETs come from a variety of educational backgrounds:
CTE – Digital Arts Teacher
Durham School of the Arts
As a digital arts teacher who focuses on game development, I get to see my students grow both in knowledge and creativity every day. This wouldn’t be possible without the use of the Adobe CC Suite. Using the industry-standard creativity software in my classroom helps my students grow as both artists and individuals, making them better prepared for employment after graduation.
Director of Learning Technology
International Community School
Leading technology integration across the school, I’m responsible for igniting creative innovation amongst educators, leaders, and students. Having recently rolled out the Adobe Spark & Google migration here in Cairo, our students from K-12 are now starting to use Spark to create collaborative presentation masterpieces, as well as Apple and G Suite for Education digital mash-ups. Adobe Creative Cloud has been an absolutely brilliant teaching and learning tool that has inspired creative problem solving across many areas of our school, reigniting their spark for learning and growing their digital toolkit with these easy to use, professional resources.
Manager of Digital Production
Los Angeles, California
In our Media Arts & Culture department, we encourage students to push the boundaries of traditional forms of media, such as creating a narrative film using a 360 camera or making a video essay on the limitations of virtual reality. The Adobe Creative Cloud provides an amazing variety of software that allows for exploration and new project types. I’ve really enjoyed both teaching and learning on the Adobe Education Exchange – it’s a great resource for developing lesson plans and sharing ideas as technology evolves!
