Creating vector artworks using mouse

How can I improve on creating good quality vectors even if I'm using a mouse? I know that you can also provide good output using a mouse on creating vectors, but can you differentiate the quality that you can produce using a mouse versus a pen tablet?

It depends on the user how familiar and frequent he/she is, whether it's a mouse or a digital pen. You can create very good and quality vectors using those tools.

I think this is entirely dependent on preference. If you're drawing in Illustrator, you're making vectors - whether you are using the mouse or a pen. I think if you have a pressure sensitive pen/tablet, that may have an impact on the actual design, but it shouldn't change the actual vector at all, they should be the same either way. Hopefully that makes sense. Personally, I like to use a pen and tablet when I am doing hand lettering, but otherwise I use my mouse because I'm usually using the pen or curvature tool.
