Our Kids Health and Technology
I am sure we've all seen this before...
A kid holding a gaming device or smartphone in his hands and sitting still looking to it all day long and his parents yelling at him to stop doing that but he never does so willingly!
Many parents think it's best to limit the time kids use technology and this make kids crave it more, in my opinion, and don't see this as a viable solution for the problem.
I was hoping to find a way or hear someone's experience on how to solve this issue, and make sure our kids stay healthy yet be able to use technology in a moderate and safe way.
What do you think?
