The latest version of Reader Mobile for iPad allows users to save, share and even do basic comments on forms. What other apps do you like to use for interactive forms on iPads?

I hate to be a copycat, but I'm a Google Forms fan, too.

I'm with TJ. I love Google Forms and how easy it is to view and manage my results online or export to a 'standard' spreadsheet.

I like Google Forms...and having the data stored in a Google Spreadsheet.
