Open a new document in InDesign. Make the pages facing and click the text box option. Then go to your word doc and highlight all the type (command A) and copy it (command C). Then go back to Indesign pick the type tool and click on the document type box and paste your type (command V) from Word. InDesign will generate all your page automatically. If you want folios create those on your master page before you begin. Good luck!

Have you tried to save the MS Word document out as a txt file and then placing that into your InDesign textbox? (I assume you are using InDesign)

what CS6 program you are using? InDesign is very easy to use for placing texts and pics...

basically, copy all text from MS Word and paste using text boxes that you can detrmine sizes in various pages. Images can be placed and in properties easily you can indicate how much wrap around you need.
