Forms Central, what is the cost

I am a little confused with Forms Central. Within the T4T course we have been told that it is a great aspect of Adobe and part of the CC license. What's puzzling me is that I am only able to create 1 form. It then wants me to uprgade.

Is this an error, or is this what everyone else has to do? I'm not convinced that everyone using it has paid the annual subscription (which is quite large) in advance. For a start, how would you persuade others to buy it in school, especially as there is competition from (free) Google forms?

Hi Eliot,

You can make more than one document in Forms Central without upgrading if you have Acrobat Pro. If you want to distribute to more than 50 people at a time then you have to pay for a upgrade to the subscription. There are a few functions you have to pay an upgrade to use for example if you want to use one of their templates as is it wants to you upgrade but I would suggest building your forms anyway to get exactly what you want and how you want it...

After sending forms out I believe it jumps to a screen that says "upgrade now for extra bells and whistles" but you don't have to, it's just a sales pitch. Just click on the Forms Central logo on the top left and that will take you back to the list of forms you have created and then simply click on "create a new form" to build a new form.

Hope this helps!
