Lots of inappropriate threads in Trending Resources

Is it just me or are other members seeing what looks to be a whole lot of innappropriate content being loaded into the Trending Resources area at the moment?

I'm seeing advertising pages completely unrelated to education in any way.

They seem to have been created by individuals who have signed up on Sept 1st.

Hello, I am trying to find out why the video for educators class is closed. It is still March 1 here in America, myself and others are trying to load our assignments. Please contact your tech staff and have them remember that it may be March 2 in Australia, but it is still March 1st in America and we are still trying to load our last projects. We are your students and this is how we are treated. The class needs to run until March 2 everywhere. It is just a calendar issue., please don't let this situation stand.

Hi Rene, I understand your concern but posting comments such as this in unrelated areas won't get your issue solved any sooner.

I have answered your question in the appropriate thread.

Agreeing... probably spam?

That's what I'm thinking Damien.

The fact that we have to be members and log in though means that someone is going through a bit of effort to post their rubbish.

Yes - from time to time we get waves of spam. We have many protocols in place to prevent spam, but there are times they make an effort to get through. We have removed all of the content and we are as vigilant as possible at constantly moderating the Exchange for such spam and removing it and the offending members immediately.

On your end you can also flag spam content in the upper right hand corner by selecting the flag icon. Having members help in flagging this kind of content is really helpful to ensure we only have the kind of relevant content we expect on the AEE.

Thanks Adobe Education,

I had flagged a few, but they just kept on coming.
