ACA/ACE in India

I am a part of eLearning team for three years now. My management thinks that I should have a certification in Dreamweaver and Captivate. I Googled and found that I can take the online test via Pearson site. However, I am not sure about the questions and show should I prepare about that.

I can't find any useful resource that can guide me in getting this done. There is no training center here in India that provides any sort of help. Is there any resource that can be of use before I take the exam?

I have three years of work experience on Dreamweaver. Shall I aim for ACE or should start with ACA?

I passed the ACA dreamweaver exam I used which my school system paid for. It was really helpful.

Hi Vinayak. I run the ACA program for Adobe. ACA is designed for folks who want to demonstrate entry-level industry skills in our products. We have ACA available in Dreamweaver, but you will have to locate a Pearson VUE or Certiport testing center near you to take the test in-person, not online. You can learn more about the ACA here: There are free study materials on the site as well. Click on "View Preparation Materials" to learn more. If you are a teacher or a student, we can offer you a 50% discount off the cost of ACE. ACE is a professional-level exam for those with expert-level product knowledge. Sign up for an ACE discount voucher using the link above. Hope this helps!

Hello Vinayak, You can make a recertification online, but a certification has to be made at a Pearson Vue center in person. There are in India (I just checked). You can get a training through many ressources (Adobe help, read it completely) or There is a user group on where you can get advice. ACA is more devoted to communication matters, ACE to technical matters. Hope this quick answer will help; Serge

Start with the Adobe Classroom in a Book - you might already know most of it. There are exam aids you can buy online that help you study. You can download a pdf from Adobe's website that outlines the questions that will be on the test. All the information for the answers can be found in the help files. Good Luck!
