Premiere Elements and eLearning

Have you used Premiere Elements for eLearning at all? If so, how did you use it? If not, how do you think you or the educators you work with could use Premiere Elements to enhance instruction?

I have used Premier Pro in the classroom as part of Digital Media classroom, presumably, Premiere Elements would be a great way to introduce new students or participants into the editing and producing video content, however it is challenging without access to a computer lab.

I think it would be very beneficial if educators could find adobe tools in app format for portable devices, so students could create videos easier and more accessible to classrooms and incorporate eLearning more widely spread.

I think an application like Premiere would be a bit to heavy for a mobile app version. However a touch version for Windows would be awesome!
