Adobe Camp in Missouri

I'm organizing an Adobe Camp at the University of Missouri in Columbia. It should be a fun event with lots of classes for all levels of learners all week. We'll have special guest speakers on Friday (18th), and the focus for the speaker day is video. The link below has a full schedule and registration link.

this is really great, I am also planning similar workshop inside my institute, what are the procedure? do we need to take permission from Adobe ?
