This is a collection of Photoshop projects that teach the basic skills. There are 14 different projects which are more complex as the year progresses. Depending on the abilities of the students and how often the class meets, this can be used for a very intense semester or a more practical year.

Grade 4 and 5: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign

Fourth & 5th grade students need to gently learn complex software by duplicating shapes, swatches, fills. Then they are ready to move-on to power tools and how the "Big 3" graphic design programs work together and separately. The projects in this semester are designed for completion in 2-3 hours. Young students need to see results or they get very frustrated and quit.

22 small and bigger tasks for students to do in groups from 1 up to 5 students to explore functions of Lightroom by themselves within a given time Finished they show the group the thing they learned. example: Show how to make a contactsheet and all the possibilities. What is the difference between a watermark and identity plate and their uses? How to save it as a JPEG and what is going to happen when you have to much images. (all the tasks are in the pdf)
