Those would obviously carry a cost but the defunct Layers Magazine still has tutorials on its website for DW CS3 at http://layersmagazine.com/search?cx=005341607010211352335%3Anmvcohf4eqe&cof=FORID%3A11&ie=UTF-8&q=Dreamweaver+CS3.

You can search these resources for the Flash and Fireworks CS3 tutorials as well; I just used DW as an example. Hope that helps.
