Does anyone know of an ONLINE College that teaches PSD WEB DESIGN only, not code?

I just want to do web design in PS only, no coding. There are a lot of jobs out there for this service only. And other than basic HTML, I can't nor do i realy want to learn coding. i understand the whole well rounded thing, But I'm not good at it nor intrested in coding, I just want to design nice websites via PSD. Even if it is just an associates degree, is there any accredited online colleges that will teach this and just only basic HTML? Or is very liberal in customizing coriculum to your needs? I am retired military so It must be accredited to use my GI Bill and programming aint my thing and if I fail due to programming, i have to PAY Uncle Sam back. Thank you.

You want to learn HTML and CSS. These are simple languages and not coding/programming. You will find it difficult to design web pages in Photoshop if you don't understand the underlying structure. I teach basic web design for Photoshop and Dreamweaver and it's all integrated. I don't know what your GI bill covers, but there are classes out there. I teach online, can customize a class for you, but I don't have anyway to take your GI bill. Some of the companies I work for, however might. These aren't college classes, they are technical training classes that only last a few days. Let me know if you want more information.

You could probably look at a School within the Photoshop area in Adobe.com.
Your GI Bill should get you in the right zone for a better choice of Program.
